Welcome to the official website of the DeKalb County Building & Development Association (DCBDA). It is the purpose of this site to provide information about new construction in DeKalb County Illinois and about our association.

The DCBDA is an association of local developers, builders, subcontractors and associate members that are dedicated to the building industry and the community we all call home. Our membership is growing into an excellent team. And it is led by an outstanding Board of Directors.

Our members benefit from the DCBDA and so can you. If you have a question about or are in need of services from the building trades, contact us, and we will be glad to help.

The DCBDA is in the news. We are working closely with local governmental units in our effort to keep housing attainable for our residents.

Attend a DCBDA meeting or event. You’ll meet the people who swing the hammers, lay the pavement, loan the mortgages, represent your real estate needs, decorate your home, keep it cool or warm, and landscape your lawn.
